"Why We Exist"
In the winter of 2018, a grieving father approached Emily, then a freelance artist, with a faded photograph. His daughter had lost her battle with cancer, leaving their family portrait forever incomplete. “Can you bring her smile back to us?” he asked. Emily spent 72 hours studying the light and shadows, recreating his daughter’s playful tilt of the head on canvas. When she delivered the portrait, the father traced the brushstrokes with trembling fingers and whispered, “This was her last real laugh before chemo… Thank you for bringingherback.”
That’s when we knew: Portraits aren’t just pixels on paper—they’re sacred acts of preserving life’s most fragile moments.

Once you have approved your artwork proof and completed payment, your order will be fulfilled within 3 business days, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 5-8 business days
- Australia: 5-8 business days
- Canada: 7-10 business days
- UK: 3-5 business days
- NZ: 7-10 business days
Note: Most portraits are delivered within 1-2 weeks from the order date, depending on how many artwork revisions are requested. On the product page, an estimated delivery date is shown just below the 'Add to Cart' button.
Do you offer express shipping?
Currently, we do not offer express shipping for our custom portraits.
Our 'Skip the Queue' product add-on speeds up your artwork creation and moves your order to the front of the queue for our artists to begin working on. It does not increase the courier's speed or shipping time.
Can I pick up my order from one of your warehouses?
We currently do not offer local pickups for any orders. We will deliver your order directly to the shipping address you've provided.
